wParallax is an online store of EXR texture maps. When a customer buys or downloads one or more of our products in our online store or in any other way, recognizes the validity of this license. Using the site wParallax.com or any of our products you are automatically agreeing to follow and be bound by this License. “Content” means all wParallax products including free and promotional products and all the files that accompany products Except for the following:- OSL Shader script file JIWindowbox, written by Julius Ihles, which is a free script with Apache 2.0 license which can be freely downloaded and modified by anybody). http://julius-ihle.de/?p=2451- CC0 Content used in some wParallax products, comes from the following sites:

Copyright

Content that belongs to wParallax, none of these rights are assigned or transferred to the end-user. The original manufactured products under a brand name and it’s design are the property of their’s respective owners. wParallax does not own or license any other-party intellectual property. You are solely responsible for determining the need for and, if appropriate, obtaining any needed other-party clearance, consent, or release to use any other-party intellectual property in your projects.

Conditions of use

Any wParallax content can be used in your private or commercial projects. The usage limitations are the following:– The content (except for CC0 content as mentioned in the "Definitions" section) Cannot be resold.– Content can be modified in any way in order to conform to your needs, however any such modifications are still derivatives of the original and can not be sold or distributed as your own.– Content can be used only if one of the following applicable: it was bought by you via wParallax or partner website; it is free and was downloaded from wParallax or partner website; it was granted to you by wParallax for promotional or other purposes.

Delivery Policy

All products are delivered via electronic downloads. As soon as order is approved you will be redirected to a page with the download link. You will also receive this link on the e-mail you gave us during the registration. wParallax is connected to Gumroad shop. All purchases are accessed through their portal.

Refund policy

Since wParallax is offering a digital / downloadable product, we cannot not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and our tracking software showed that you have downloaded all the files. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any wParallax product. We only make exceptions with this rule on the following reasons:- Double Purchase: if you purchased some product twice due to unknown issue of the payment system or by any other reason:- Please test our free scene before downloading the products, if the free scene works, then it means that the product should also work.- EU VAT Refund policy - since wParallax store is connected with Gumroad, all VAT charges go through them, wParallax doesn't collect VAT and doesn't refund VAT, in order to get VAT refuned you will need to go through Gumroad procedure as described above:- https://help.gumroad.com/article/10-dealing-with-vatRequests for a refund are accepted at [email protected] within the period of 14 days after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund.
